If you want to turn a cool steam vent output into cool (<20°C) Oxygen, here is what I quickly put together : Steam comes out 110°C, gets heated by AT, then turned into 95°C water to feed the electrolyzers. 95°C Oxygen comes out and gets cooled in the radiator over the turbine; this radiator is the AT coolant loop.It is power positive, harnesses all the thermal energy from the steam (500°C->95°C) and allows to extract all the water, without the use of any kind of bead pump or similar methods. The used steam vent outputs ~4kg/s when active and has an average output of ~0.7kg/s.
