IF you have Windows 10, has a feature that allows fullscreen with overlays (not sure what its called). BUT if you updated to the latest windows release from 2 weeks ago, it broke this feature.

They have both the latest version of the overlay plugin and ACT parsing plugin. Turning off pet merging does fix the issue.
