App says Nest was offline, but it was on. A/C was running almost nonstop at times, room was frigid, Nest temp sensor was saying that it was 70, but it was 66 in the house. Did a full reset on the Nest - it was working great again for all of a day, and then back to running, not saying connected and going offline, etc. etc.From app (iOS) went to Settings > sensor > Check Connection and it popped right back up. i don’t see anything about a sensor in the app. The backend is probably having issues.
