Jumped it properly and drove to the non profit, (red triangle came on during the trip, no codes on el-cheapo OBD2). Removed 12v battery to charge and test, won't charge. Replaced it with a aftermarket battery from O'riellys.In disconnecting the 12 V battery you have deleted any codes that were present. 12.5 V is not bad and certainly not a reason for problems. It only happens when I make a left turn and barely lasts one second (Just long enough to read the word "Problem"). It only happens (so far) on a mountain road where ... Is is a red triangle with ! Inside or is it yellow (!) Yellow is your tire pressure sensor. Mine has been on for years. Red triangle is low oil or hybrid battery malfunction. I had the red triangle, but auto zone read it as no codes. Had a toyota tech read it, and lo and behold had a bad hybrid battery. Those are just my experiences.
