A little after 4 AM this morning there was a police helicopter circling just north of Santa Monica College. I also thought I heard some sirens but given the early hour I was groggy enough that I may have imagined them. I’m sure of the helicopter, though. It was circling for about ten minutes and it shined a light in my window a couple times.
