Nov 20, 2020 · Just installed a rebuilt 700R4 so throwing caution to the wind i hooked up a pressure gauge just so i am not flying blind while adjusting the TV cable. I did have to adjust it some as it changed from the old one i pulled out. Came up with these readings at idle. Park - 120 psi. Rev - 200 psi. Neutral - 120 psi. OD - 120 psi. GM 200C and 200-4R have a different amount of cable travel than the GM 4L60 and Ford AOD transmissions.
