With the Moonveil being one of the best Katanas in the game and it having an amazing weapon art. This build is amazing for all builds but is even better in the hands of a dex/int build as the weapon scales with dex and intelligence and this means you can use a few spells as well.

But I just feel like it’s not viable at all in Elden Ring. The damage reduction on quality affinity is too high to make the scaling worth it (unless you level up a ton and get like 60 in both dex and strength). IMO pure dex is substantially weaker than casting, hybrid casting, arc, or strength builds in Elden Ring. It's still completely, 100% viable and there are plenty of ways to break the game on a dex build. It's just not as good as others. Yeah, pure sorcery is way easier than my first quality based build. Pretty good so far. I'd ease up on the endurance at this point and really invest in more vigor especially getting into the late game. Looks about where I was then. I’m low 70s now with 35 vig and dex lower end but 18 str so I can use naga katana in other hand with utchi. With both of them at +14 the damage is insane and blood slash destroys.
