By the time I got to AAMC QPacks I found their content to be a breeze compared to UWorld. But I found UWorld on par with the harder section banks imo. I found UWorld to be most helpful for content review. Don't worry too much about the score, just learn. I'd suggest to do KA videos + UWorld passages for content review. Then do AAMC.
