Dec 13, 2021 · 2017, V6, 106000 miles. Car will crank over for several seconds, but never start. Leave it alone for awhile then it may start right up like nothing was wrong. I changed key FOB batteries. Still does it from time to time. Battery is new. Garage says it may be shifter. Wouldn't start, the engine just turned over, tried to start a couple of times, coughed spluttered then nothing, just turned over..... Check all fuses associated as best I could, no blown fuses, not sure if the relays were all functioning. I disconnected the negative terminals on the battery, left to reset and reconnected, still nothing.The first time the issue showed up was when I pushed the start button and took longer than usual to fire up.
